At Jazzie Jewelry Co, we are committed to ensuring a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. Please review the details below regarding our processing and shipping times so you know exactly what to expect when placing your order.

Processing Times
• On-Hand Jewelry: Ships within 1–3 business days
• Pre-Made Jewelry: Ships within 10–15 business days
• Photo Jewelry: Crafted with care, photo jewelry takes approximately 3–4 weeks to complete, as all pendants are made to order
• Custom Jewelry: Personalized pieces require 3–6 weeks to be completed as all Personalized Jewelry is made to order
Note: Processing times refer to the time it takes to create and prepare your jewelry before it is shipped. Shipping time is separate from processing time.
Shipping Times
• As of Feb 2026 All orders are shipped via UPS for improved delivery reliability and tracking accuracy
• Once your order is shipped, delivery times typically follow:
UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
UPS 2-Day Air (if selected): 2 business days after shipment
• You will receive a UPS tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $149
Shipping Protection
We offer optional shipping protection at checkout to protect your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Shipping protection provides added peace of mind and allows for faster resolution in the event of delivery issues.
If shipping protection is not selected at checkout, Jazzie Jewelry Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system after label creation.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees incurred during delivery.
Shipping Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Jazzie Jewelry Co is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
