How long will the order take to receive?
Shipping time is 2-5 days. All Jewelry from the ready to ship jewelry collection will ship the same day or next day (M-F). Custom Jewelry does need around 21 business days or 6 weeks to be made depending on the design. You'll find in the product description how long the specific jewelry piece your interested in will take or if its ready to ship.
Where's my order?
Custom Jewelry Orders placed during January 1st through January 29 will not begin processing till January 30th please be advised we are currently in the "delayed processing phase" (Photo Necklace Orders will begin effect 1/14-1/30) Most Custom Jewelry needs around 21 business days to be made, once your custom jewelry order is completed you'll receive a tracking number. We don't send any updates on your order unless its over the 21 business timeframe. The next update you will receive is once your order is completed & has shipped with USPS. **please note business days doesn't include weekends and holidays .
My Package says delivered & I have not received it?
Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered a bit early, or there may have been an error in scanning with USPS. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery with your local post office.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. We will allow a 30 minute window from when your order is placed to change a custom jewelry order before we start the process on your order.
Orders can only be cancelled within 30 mins of purchase. No exceptions
What is the material of your jewelry?
Each jewelry piece is a different material they vary from Brass, .925 sterling silver or stainless steel. You can find the exact material in the product description of the jewelry you're interested in. We do not offer real diamonds.
Can I change the material of the jewelry to Sterling Silver?
Yes any pieces we offer can be made in sterling silver its additional $$ (discounts will not always apply to sterling silver upgrade)
Ordered Ready to Ship & Custom Jewelry together?
Your entire order will ship together once everything is completed, if you would like to pay for additional shipping to have your ready to ship jewelry shipped in 24 hours you can either pay additional $6 for shipping or if you haven't placed your order yet place them separately from your custom jewelry order.
My package is showing delivered but its not received?
Please contact us first to notify of your missing package & we will guide you through the proper steps to help you find your package. Jazzie Jewelry LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
We reserve the right to cancel any flagged or suspicious orders. Please note we may ask for an ID (front and back photo) to verify your identity. This may apply to orders over $350 USD.
