Refund & Exchange Policy
At Jazzie Jewelry Co, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and providing excellent customer service. Please review the details of our refund and exchange policy before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds or Exchanges (Except for Non-Customized Items)
All sales are final for customized items. Once a custom order is placed, we are unable to issue any refunds or exchanges. However, exchanges are available for non-customized chain or bracelet items if the chain or bracelet does not fit. The exchange must be for a different size chain or bracelet only, and the request must be made within 4 days from the date of receiving your order. The item must be in new, unworn condition, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
2. Exchange Process for Chains & Bracelets
Exchanges for non-customized chains or bracelets are allowed only if the size does not fit. To request an exchange:
• Contact us at jazziejewelryteam@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order.
• You must provide your order number and details about the size issue.
• Exchanges will only be processed for a different size of the same item.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and the item must be in new, unworn condition.
3. Quality Assurance
Before shipping, we thoroughly inspect each item to ensure it is in perfect condition and securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs once the item has been shipped.
4. Shipping and USPS Damages
Jazzie Jewelry Co is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If your item is damaged during transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Shipping insurance is available through Navidium Shipping Insurance at checkout for added protection during shipping.
5. Invalid or Incorrect Orders
If we contact you regarding an issue with your order (e.g., an invalid custom item), we are unable to issue a refund. We can modify your order to match what you initially paid for, but cannot provide a refund under any circumstances. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it.
6. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that all the details on your order (including customizations) are correct before completing your purchase. By placing an order with Jazzie Jewelry Co, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
7. Agreement
By purchasing from Jazzie Jewelry Co, you agree to and accept this Refund & Exchange Policy in full.
